Deirdre Cregan - Board
Deirdre Cregan is a Group Director in Smurfit Kappa where she is responsible for the talent and inclusion agenda for the group. She supports the groups senior leadership in leadership development, Strategic Talent management, its Learning Academy and progressing the Groups Inclusion, Diversity and Equality agenda across its global workforce.
Deirdre has had a 25 year International HR career, previous companies include, Microsoft, PWC and Oracle. Her key experience is in Strategic Talent Management, Leadership Development, Organizational Development, Culture change and business transformation. In addition she is an experienced facilitator and qualified executive coach.
