Leaves Pasta

Leaves is an Irish based artisan company founded by Leaves Pure Food Owners Nico and SabineNico Olivieri and his wife Sabine. The pasta is created from scratch everyday and only two ingredients are used, Buckwheat and Chickpea. Leaves pasta is loved by both parents and children: children love the taste and parents love the health benefits. The pasta is free from dairy, wheat and egg!

In May, Leaves launched a new cookbook aptly named Pasta Magic with all proceeds going to Make-A-Wish. The cookbook, generously sponsored by SuperValu, has 22 Pasta recipes presented by some of Ireland’s leading chefs including Rachel Allen, Neven Maguire and Clodagh McKenna as well as contributions from Brent Pope, Norah Casey, Alison Canavan, Lucy Kennedy, Lorraine Keane and Peter Devlin.

“We had a vision to create a healthy pasta, a tasty product that was full of nourishment and goodness.  We like the idea that, with this cookbook, people will be able to support Make-A-Wish while feeling great too: the recipes are delicious and our PastaMagic is rich in protein and one of your 5-a-day!” – Nico

Make-A-Wish CEO, Susan O’Dwyer said “At Make-A-Wish Ireland we believe that it takes more than medicine to help children and their families to heal. Thanks to initiatives like Pasta Magic, we will be able to grant more wishes in 2016. As we receive no government funding, we are so grateful to Nico and Sabine as well as our wonderful celebrity chefs and friends. We hope that this cookbook brings joy and culinary delight to your dinner table”.

Pasta Magic is available to purchase in SuperValu stores nationwide. Leaves Artisan Pasta can be ordered via their website Leaves Pure Foods for a convenient home delivery. Alternatively you can find your closest stockists by clicking here.
