Rope For Hope 2017

This exciting fundraiser is a unique once-in-a-lifetime chance to abseil 115 ft down the side of State Street International’s building at Sir John Rogerson Quay, Dublin City, on 1st September 2017!ROPEforHOPElogoFINAL

Last year, Rope for Hope raised over €75,000 to help grant wishes to children in Ireland who are living with life-threatening illnesses. This year we are hoping to beat that and need your help. Sign up as an individual or ‘rope in’ your colleagues. All participants will be given full training on the day.

You would also be joining  our incredible brave Wish mum Sarah! Sarah’s son Rian was born with a life-threatening heart condition called hypoplastic left heart syndrome which involved Rian having a number of major cardiac surgeries, and in 2013 Rian wished to meet the real Santa!

Wish Mum, Sarah: “Rian is super excited to watch his mammy take part in ‘Rope for Hope’ and I am thrilled to be a participant and can’t wait to raise much needed funds for Make-A-Wish so they can continue to grant wishes to children like Rian.”

Participants are expected to fundraise a minimum of €1,000. There is also a €100 registration fee, which will be counted as part of the total €1,000 raised.

Registration is now open, please sign up and our Fundraising Officer Mary Quille will be in contact with you. If you require further details, email mary@makeawish.ie or call the office on (01) 205 2012.
