Wish Day 2017

Wish DayWish Day takes place on Friday 31st March 2017!

Wish Day is now in its 5th year and the event has gone from strength to strength with thanks to Make-A-Wish volunteers and the generosity of the Irish public.

In 2016, we raised over €80,000 during Wish Day. This year is a special one as it will mark our 2,000th wish. We are hoping to raise over €100,000 on Wish Day to help us reach our target of 210 wishes in 2017.

We are so grateful to the hundreds of volunteers who have signed up to raise money for the charity in their local area and we appeal to the public to support our biggest fundraising event by buying a wristband from your local volunteers, by organising a coffee morning, bake sale or a jersey day in your workplace or by making a one-off €2 donation by text (details below).

By donating on Wish Day, you can play an essential part in creating positive memories for children battling life-threatening illnesses.
