Complaints Procedure

Make-A-Wish is committed to ensuring that all our communications and dealings with the general public and our supporters are of the highest possible standard.

We listen and respond to the views of the general public and our supporters so that we can continue to improve.

Make-A-Wish welcome both positive and negative feedback.

Please read our Complaints Policy below so you understand all the information that will be needed to investigate your complaint. 

Upon receipt of your complaint, a member of staff will respond within a period of 7 days and endeavor to resolve the issue within 21 days.
