Apply for a Wish

A wish granted is a life changing experience for the child, providing respite from their normal routines of hospitals, doctors, and treatment.

We welcome queries from parents/guardians/medical professionals or children themselves but the application MUST be completed by the Parent/legal guardian of the child. You can apply for a wish online, or by downloading our paper wish application and sending it into our team.

Do you know a child fighting a critical illness, who could benefit from a life-changing wish?

Frequently Asked Questions

Our wishes give seriously ill children the chance to do something extraordinary. For many children, a wish is an opportunity to do something they never thought possible when life is tough. Children’s wishes can range from being a princess for a day or meeting their hero.

Please direct the parents/guardians to our website or download the form and pass onto the family.  Please note we cannot accept an application form without a parental signature.

To have their wish granted, a child needs to be aged between 3 and 17 years, living with a life-threatening medical condition and must not have had a wish before. The child’s treating consultant makes the final determination of whether the child is medically eligible to receive a wish and whether the child is able to participate in the wish.

A child must be between the ages of 3 and 17 year’s old in order to be eligible to receive a wish.
