Jervis Shopping Centre’s Christmas support

Jervis Shopping Centre launches Santa’s Magic Castle in partnership with Make-A-Wish Ireland

Jervis Shopping Centre have announced a new partnership with Make-A-Wish Ireland for 2024 and 2025, starting this festive season with the launch of Santa’s Magic Castle.

Jervis Shopping Centre will donate €1 to Make-A-Wish Ireland for every visit to Santa’s Grotto this year, bringing the magic of the festive season to life while making a meaningful impact on children and families facing critical illnesses.

This exciting collaboration promises a magical Christmas experience for families at Jervis Shopping Centre. On the first floor, visitors will be greeted at Santa’s Grotto by cheerful elves who will teach children enchanting tricks, including how to create their very own “Magic Snow Storm” to share with friends and family. Guests are invited to capture their memories with a family photo, take home a festive present and, of course, enjoy a memorable visit with Santa himself.

Derek McDonnell, Director of Jervis Shopping Centre, expressed his excitement about the new partnership:

“We are delighted to support Make-A-Wish Ireland as our charity partner for the next two years. This Christmas, every Santa visit will contribute to the incredible work Make-A-Wish does for children facing critical health challengesillnesses. We’re inviting families to join us in spreading holiday cheer, knowing that each visit helps create real magic and joy for those who need it most.”

Susan McQuaid O’Dwyer, Chief Executive of Make-A-Wish Ireland, emphasized the impact of this partnership:

“We’re thrilled to partner with Jervis Shopping Centre, a vibrant and iconic part of Dublin city, a central hub in Dublin City Centre with thousands of daily visitors. This collaboration offers Make-A-Wish Ireland an incredible platform to connect directly with the public, sharing the inspiring stories of wishes granted to children in Ireland facing critical illnesses. Together, through donations from Santa’s grotto, a vibrant calendar an exciting schedule of fundraising events, and interactive educational displays, this partnership can help make a lasting impact and bring more hope and joy to these children and their families.”

Tickets begin at €18, which includes a special gift for each child and a large family photo in a festive sleeve. Plus, parents go free with each booking!

Together we can make a difference for children.

Make-A-Wish Ireland has one simple aim – to grant the wishes of children with life-threatening medical conditions, to bring hope, strength and happiness.

With your kind support, you can help us achieve that aim.
