Shane’s Wish

To visit the Irish Defence Forces

Shane was diagnosed with Burkitt lymphoma last year and has undergone 6 months of intense treatment.

His wish was to visit the Irish Defence Forces.

Watch to see how his wish was granted recently, an experience his dad called “a dream come true.”

A huge thank you to David Cudmore, Alan Gordon and everyone at the Irish Defence Forces for helping to make Shane’s wish come true.

Together we can make a difference for children.

Make-A-Wish Ireland has one simple aim – to grant the wishes of children with life-threatening medical conditions, to bring hope, strength and happiness.

With your kind support, you can help us achieve that aim.
