Jackie Gilmore joined Aon in 2025, having previously served as Partner, Head of People, Consulting and Workforce Transformation at EY Ireland. She currently holds the dual mandate of Chief Commercial Officer for Aon Ireland and Head of Talent Consulting, UK.
At EY, Jackie held a range of client leadership, commercial, and business leadership responsibilities. Recognised as a people-focused leader, she has worked extensively with Boards and CXO teams at both Deloitte and EY to address complex business challenges.
She is a keynote speaker and author on topics including Change & Transformation, Leadership, AI and the workforce.
Jackie holds a first-class International Executive MBA from UCD, an MA Hons in Interpreting & Translation from Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh, a Diploma in Company Direction from the Institute of Directors, and accreditation in Aviation Leasing from the Law Society of Ireland.
