Carolyn has over 30 years Insurance industry experience in both the life and non-life insurance sectors. Carolyn joined FBD in 2012 and prior to that spent 14 years working with Aviva in a number of management roles and previously worked with Allianz. Carolyn moved to her current role as Chief HR Officer with FBD in 2018 having previously held the role as Head of Sales in FBD Branch Network.
Carolyn holds a number of qualifications in Insurance and HR as well as a Master’s in business from University College Dublin and is a member of the Institute of Directors where she was awarded a Distinction in her Diploma in Company direction.
