Aisling joined the Make-A-Wish Ireland team in October 2022, coming from an interior design background.
She is passionate about working for an organization that creates lasting, happy memories for families. Aisling enjoys socialising with friends, attending concerts and travelling.
We caught up with Aisling recently where she talked about her experience at Make-A-Wish Ireland.
“Seeing the positive impact that a wish has on wish children and their families is what makes working in Make-A-Wish Ireland so special. It gives families a break from hospital appointments and allows them to focus on spending some quality time as a family, and an opportunity to make memories that last a lifetime.”
“A wish that stands out to me was a child’s wish to be a Barbie Fashion Designer. The level of detail included in this wish was phenomenal, from the child’s own personalised business cards to being exposed to the full design process, from starting with a sketch to producing her own doll. Our Wish granter’s go above and beyond to make each wish special and with the help from Mattel this was such a unique experience.”
