Emma is our wishgranting and volunteer manager here at Make-A-Wish Ireland, and she helps to make incredible wishes come true every single day! We caught up with her recently to talk about her experience.
“Being a part of Make-A-Wish is a profound reminder of the power of hope. Watching a child’s face light up after enduring so much is a moment that stays with you forever. Having experienced Make-A-Wish Ireland as a fundraiser, a volunteer, a supporter and now a wish granter, I see the full picture of how that magic is made.
Volunteering with Make-A-Wish is an honour, because a wish doesn’t just impact the wish child; it breathes life, laughter, and light back into an entire family when they need it most.
